Ipad mini 2 and 4 vs. Galaxy S2

OK I bought the Galaxy S2 last year, it is WiFi only. My LG GPad, with 4GLTE, is due for upgrade in about 2 weeks or so. Verizon has a few tablet offerings, but I am not sure they are any better than the S2. There is the ipad mini 2, mini 4, Galaxy S2 (but it is a 9.7") Or the Air 2, also 9.7"

First, I am NOT an apple guy, so the apples would have to be significantly better than the S2 for me to jump the Android ship. And this would be my only apple, I am not about to abandon Android.

Anyway do the apple products have any real advantage over the galaxy tab S2 ???

my two cents. I fly both iOS and android. If I fly iOS I have tower running on the Note Edge or Shield.
The iOS and android fly equally well, I did testing on MPCC using both systems and they appeared nearly identical. It's your preference, I wasn't an Apple fan but with the computer power needed to edit I ended up with a Macbook Pro with 16gig of RAM using FCPX.2. I am however not a fan of the iPhone.
