I can't power on Solo drone

Hi All, i need your help, because today i found a issue in my drone, i can't fly because is impossible powered on

The Battery is OK, but when I try to press the power button I hear a strange sound of the internal components. It is a typical sound (quiet scratching/disk writing skipping)

any idea what might be happening with the drone????

Send in a ticket ASAP.
Is that your only battery?
It may be a short somewhere?

ohhh bad news!!!!

1.- Yes, I send a Ticket the support 3rd, i don't have news jet.
2.- Yes, only i have one battery, i will try to give another. but i think that the battery is ok..
3.- I don't know.. how i can check this?, is necessary open the drone and check the motherboard?

No need to open Solo, 3DR tech. support can diagnose most problems via the information that was sent automatically "System Logs" when you sent ticket.
Be patient & wait for tech. support.
