Home Indicator Missing?

Forgive me if is this has been dealt with somewhere; I searched using all the keywords I could think of and found nothing.

Using my iPhone 6 Plus with the Solo controller and I used to get a "home" indicator on my display which showed the launch point. Sometime around the whole deal with the app update (I didn't do the iOS upgrade after reading about the app problem), this indicator no longer showed up. Did a setting change or did I accidentally toggle something? Or is it simply gone now?

mine has always seemed intermittent, it is there for most flights, but every so often it isn't - even though the home point and RTH work fine when it isn't shown.

That's interesting. Mine has usually been there. Sounds like a bug to me - thanks for replying!

Mine was there for the first few months of flying. Now I alternate between i phone 7 plus and a LG VK810 tablet. neither of which show the indicator anymore.
