Help on solo antennas?

Can anybody tell me where to find aftermarket antenna's for the solo remote? Anybody know where I can find some fairly cheap?

"Fairly cheap" is a relative term but a set of the Alfas cost less than $20 on Amazon.

Remember, no free lunch. To gain range, you lose areal coverage. If you don't mind, then more power to you.

Ever play with an old Maglite with the adjustable beam pattern? Similar principle here with antennae gain numbers. More gain = concentrated beam = smaller beam width.
