No idea. Sent them a request 2 weeks ago and the only reply is we are working on getting our response time down. We haven't forgotten about you.

Yup discontinued model and getting out of the consumer business. Bought 3 batteries at Best Buy for ~$50 each now there all sold out. If you find spare parts and plan on using your Solo best to stock up now.
