Gopro hero 3 video glitch and iphone record button not work. Please Help me

I just got 3DR solo from bestbuy(includ Axis Gimbal ), test fly was good, but when i put gopro on it ,this glitch happened. what should i do?

Did you set your camera model (3+, 4, etc.) in the GP setup within the Solo App?

Thanks for the help.I figured it out, I just forgot turn on the gopro when i put it on,but record botton still not working

Which camera Model AND which firmware version? As I remember, record button from App won't work with GP3 at all, and won't work with 3+ or 4 without updating to at least version 3.x FW.

ETA: Oh, I see you seem to have a GP3... not 3+? I'm a little fuzzy on that, but I think that model doesn't have remote record control from App at all.
