Basically your getting the extras free so it's pretty decent. Seems solo is 799 and the gimbal 199 at quite a few places now which is a deal, add all the extras in and I'd buy it if I didn't have it already. Nothing you'd be able to make much on though if that was the idea.

The gimbal is now $199 at Best Buy. This does look to be the new retail price. Still $399 in the 3DR store though.

That bundle on Amazon is a bit deceiving
Look at the picture.
Does it look like you are getting a spare battery?
Now look at what comes with, dont se a battery listed

I am waiting on a drop on the spare vehicle only
when that happens, I will be buying a spare solo and gimbal
my controller is not likely to end up in a lake

B&H Camera in the US is selling the Solo Drone for 799.00 and the gimbal for 199.00 and they have good stock. Finally the price is more in line

999.00 for both already hooked up
