Gimbal noise an not aligned?

Hello.

I've just received my Solo today and, after updating everything and installing the gimbal, I noticed two things that i would like to know if you find 'em normal:

a) Once the gimbal is on, my camera doesn't face entirely parallel to an imaginary line of distance between the front legs: Shouldn't it be parallel to that line? (pic attached)

b) I noticed that when i tilt the camera to a 45º angle it makes a little but perceptible noise: Is that normal?
