Gimbal goes face down on Orbit mode

I selected the Orbit mode using the Android app and the Gimbal goes with its face down.

I am using the Hero4 black, Samsung Galaxy s7 edge with the latest Android app version.

Any thoughts or ideas?

It "moves" face down from what position?
You most likely have preconfigured the tilt of camera via the right paddle auto. adjustments.
while In orbit mode, try adjusting position of camera via the left front paddle.
If after tilt adjustment, it stays at the set position, then you have preconfigured your auto. tilt position via the right paddle control.
No Problem, you can re adjust this to default.
Please search & find the many different features the right paddle has to offer.

Are you flying directly over your orbit point?
the one you set with A
Try pulling the right stick back and see if the gimbal starts to pan up

3DR support guys are blaming my new mobile (Samsung Galaxy S7 edge), claiming it is not supported yet.

I'll be able to check your insights and 3DR's along the week, and promise to update.
