This is very encouraging.
Just one thing, must I replace all 4,or can I just swopout one when required?
 
I think you can just replace just one because the power is so close. To change the motor: #1 with a sharp knife remove the 3 melted plastic "rivets heads" #2 carefully unsolder the 3 motor wires & remove the screw holding the motor #3 reverse and super glue were the rivets were (this holds the pod together until you mount it. YOU MUST check for proper rotation if it is backward just reverse the outside motor wires.

Pryate your 100% right I think it is the soldering iron, they seem to move more now. lol
