Full satellite lock but no smart shots

So I waited for a full satellite lock, hit fly to take off, was in FLY mode, then I went to position for a follow me shot. I clicked follow me in the app... Nothing happened. I then noticed on my controller that my B preset (cable cam) was greyed out. I checked, none of the smart shots worked.. Yet I had a complete satellite lock. Any ideas?

I know it's been months since the original post but did you figure out what the problem was? I just experienced the same thing today and I'm totally puzzled. Must be missing a setting somewhere.
