FPV keeps cutting out

I'm using a cheap cam and for some reason when flying the FPV will keep freezing and cutting out. It worked fine on the 1080 setting, but when I set it to 4K it started giving me issues. Could it be a wifi issue, a setting issue, or is the cam the problem? I'm using the standard mount and the hdmi cable. I have the gimbal, but I don't know if it will be worth it to try to use without a gp.

Sounds like a camera issue, maybe weak processing at 4k setting.
