Expansion Bay Electrical Connection?

I have been unable to find the electrical specs for the expansion bay. I'm particularly interested in the power (is it regulated?) and the signal interface to the CPU. Is there a document I can get that discusses the expansion bay interface?

Most of 3DR's stuff are "open source" so I'm sure you'll find it soon from a member or google.
