I'm new to solo, jumped on it when BB has the 299 deal. Took it to the park yesterday and the controller having trouble connecting to solo. I pulled the batteries from the controller/solo/phone and restart everything in the sequence of "solo -> controller -> app on the phone". The controller will connect with solo for like 20 second and only to lost the connection. The solo turn in to flashing red LED and the gimbal will tilt down and the camera will face the ground.
I tried restart this a few times with absolutely no luck. Went home and fired up the solo and it connected just fine.
I reached out to 3dr support this morning and they suggest me to turn off the cell data on my cell phone. I haven't tried it yet but is that true?
