Can't Access 3drpilots from iphone

My apologies if this has already been answered (I'm new here) but I searched and couldn't find an answer. Why is it that I cannot access 3drpilots forum from my iPhone when on LTE? I can access it no problem when iPhone is on wifi but cannot on LTE. Very weird!

Well at least I feel better that it's not just me! Thought I was losing my marbles! Lol!
Thanks Ismael for confirming this annoying problem. Maybe someone can help us figure out why it is happening and how to fix it.

If you install Tapatalk (Forum app), you can get to 3DRPilots just fine.

That's probably true Andrew but still don't see how safari can view forum if on wifi but not on LTE. Safari or forum should not distinguish between method of access just that there is a connection.
