problems with a battery from a brand new drone under a year,,, this no phone support is nuts.

Np. I received a bad Solo battery a couple months ago, and they took care of it in very short order. Good service.

their service was amazing, it such a shame they moved out of the consumer space. :\
now I'm looking to upgrade and I'm dreading having to work w DJI again.
I sent in my Ronin to be fixed and that was a shit show, they have the WORST customer service.
