BMS won't power on after charge?

Just completed a battery upgrade (Tattu 5200). Everything seemed to go fine, but now after charging, the pack doesn't power on, or react to the button. I've tried plugging a different switch board in with the same result. Tested the voltage where the leads are soldered onto the BMS, and the pack is indeed full.

Any ideas?

I purchased the battery readout tester from Madhacker, it gives a lot of information about your batteries. Might give you a clue about what’s up. Madhacker.org – If it can be modified, it should.
