App compass calibration malfunction?

Anyone have this issue? The app won't initiate calibration. Its doesn't play the little solo spinning graphic and seems stuck on the page before the calibration bar starts. Help!

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the app and turn Solo off and back on again. If it still does it, use Tower on Android to see if it works. This will tell you if it is an tablet/app or Solo issue.

Can I calibrate the compass from Tower?

I did a factory reset all calibrations work fine now. Follow me on android, however, doesn't work.
