having trouble on the first step I have downloaded the software but cant find the unzip file and win32

I was able to download the files for the controller and Solo but the win 32 and 7 zip they want to charge me an arm and a leg to get them. I have reformatted the sd cards but its just to complicated. Sorry my friend but i am not very computer literate

I have Windows 10 pro and its 64 bit processor I just found that out by looking in settings.

It’s up to u if you want to send me 2 ss cards I can help but that’s totally up to u. If that works it could be something else wrong but u never know
