3DR Solo leve Calibration error

I recently purchased an 3DR Solo. And cannot get the leve to calibrate. I have reset drone and controller several times. As well as updating firmware on Solo app. Also have tried calibrating leve Several times with solo app. No luck. What do you think the problem is. Do you believe a pi hawk Replacement will correct this issue?
