Aerial imagery can put a whole new spin the "needs some work" homes. You know, the ones where the only photos are of a nearby park and some trees in the back yard? Now they can so a photo of just the roof that was recently replaced.

Check out your local Craigslist page and you will see it's a race to the bottom price wise. Everyone has a Phantom and is charging next to nothing!

Yeah, this is the initial offering that will drive prices down. In a few months we'll see stabilization and market shake out.

Just for kicks if you follow The Drone Command Live make money with drone seminar schedule pretty sure you will see a huge spike in ads like this soon after they visit a particular city. They have bombarded the radio with ads here in SLC for the seminar this week. Bet by the weekend SLC craiglist will be flooded with new cut rate drone services.
