Won't run on an Iphone 5

Just a little disappointed that it won't.
I have a spare one that I thought I'd use just for this.
The Solo sim works fine but the actual app is "unsupported".
*grumble*
My 3 year old Android phone works fine.
But it's my phone!

My friend has an iPhone 5 and SOLO and it works. Perhaps for you it doesn't because of the iOS version you have running

Is it an iphone 5s or 5se or some other iphone than an iphone 5?

I have an iphone 5, it is fully up to date with 10.2
APP will not install says phone ins incompatible with app

What is incompatible is the firmware version of iOS on your phone with the app.

He is running iOS 10.0.2 on his iPhone 5
