Wobbly gimble

I recently replaced my old hdmi cable with the new flat one and reinstalled everything back together. The gimble now wobbles slowly back and forth and does not hold center. It's as if the motors aren't spinning fast enough to balance out. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm pretty sure power to the gimbal motors and IMU data comes across the higher gauge cable that plugs into the top of the gimbal. Not sure how anything related to the HDMI cable would effect the functioning of the gimbal itself. I'd open it up and ensure the top cable is properly seated and nothing is putting pressure on the gimbal.
