Why buy a drone and specifically a 3DR Solo?

you guys need to think "bigger." I bought mine a brand new lawn mower; and I get the enjoyment of watching cut the grass once a week! As far as gopro cameras- they are always on craigslist- you can find Hero 4 Black- for $150-$200.

You can connect a 5, 6 and 7 just check it out on hackster.
and also I dont think the worlds running out on hero 4s for quiet a while.
