Who built this landing gear?

I've been looking to do some shot while on a boat and figured it's safer to get some kind of water floating landing gear. Sure I could use pool noodles but I saw this today. I would like to know who makes it.

Looks like custom made to me. Using smaller pool noodles and some plastic cones for the tips. Wrapped in either wire mesh or plastic mesh.
