If you're using a Hero 4 black, you shouldn't need any weights. Hero 4 silver maybe, I can't remember. I do however have a never used set.

I'm sorry Maddog, I didn't see your post. I have a friend who purchased a gimbal new in an open box, and it didn't come with the weights. Just trying to help him out.
