Unexpected RTH

At to day flight i experience a unexpected RTH,im almost sure that i have at least 3 bars of WiFi signal, and suddenly RTH triggered, i look a the controller ant signal was not lost, so i press fly and regained control in fly mode. Any ideas what could happens ?

WiFi congestion caused a somewhat short-lived loss of signal that you didn't notice? Once RTH begins you have to stop it with FLY or PAUSE.
