TX Power Adapting

Dear all, may I ask you if someone of you knows if the drone adapts/change its power transmission in function of the distance by the controller (e.g. by measuring the SNR ratio)?
Or the TX power is always constant?

It's a standard WiFi card, and follows the specs, so in short, not really.
