Try to take my drone propellers off... They got stripped

I recently crashed my drone very badly..... Luckily everything works

The propellers are broken down to the center part, but the middle part that connects them got stripped from the actual propeller while we were trying to pry the whole thing off.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions

I had that happen before. The propellers got tightened beyond belief. I had to use pliers and one of those rubber grip pads to unscrew it.
