Tablet holder.. is it broken?

I just got my 3DR Solo and I'm charging everything. I noticed that the holder, only one side extends out and the other is like glued in. I've tried to yank it out but it's stationary. Is this a normal thing? When I put my phone in the controller, it's like stationed to the left and it looks really weird..

Only one end extends. You don't need to use the holder in a horizontal position - turn it and use it vertically if necessary, for larger devices. Did you try loosening the small knurled screw and sliding the entire holder over??

slide the entire device holder over to the right. take a look at the holder from the other side, it will make sense.......i overlooked that too

The sliding part extends to the right, whereas yours extends to the left.

You may perhaps recognize the irony of Rich's post when you think of the controversy of, and desire to have the latest and greatest Rev B GPS board - which of course is a real thing.

I'm pretty sure that Rich was a real problem as a young man...
