The USA has been anticipating this for some time and they are worried. Unfortunately it will happen sooner or later due to the way things are these days.
This was from last May and was shown during a meeting on terrorism. There is a lot of activity in this realm by the government. It is a real thing and we need to be prepared. This amazing technology has the potential to do as much harm as it does good.
