Solo SD card files

Had one of my solos unable to pair, found SD card extremely hot. I replaced card with a known good one that had file structure on it and that worked. But now I need the new blank card with files on it, unable to copy.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction in obtaining files and install on new SD card?
