I've been using the master airscrew props and enjoy them but do any of you have a better option? Maybe add to the flight time, stability, folding, stronger, or any other benefit?

I use APC props, less expensive than stock or MAS props. APC is the benchmark prop, they've flown well on my build over the last two years.

TowerHobbies carries them. MR1045ST Solo

What differences do you notice with them over the stock and/or MAS props?

Price and that they are not made in china...;) The APC have been reasonably quiet over the stock props, due impart to less prop tip flex. They've held up well in terms of heat, I've had no issues of them deforming. After initial balancing they have maintained an accurate balance. I've used two sets so far on Solo, first set made about 45 hours before a crash took them out.

I have no experience with MAS. But they do a good job marketing, have many colors and the props are sleeved in a cloth bag if that is important.

Efficiency is important, however I believe all the prop brands are comparable in that regard. Important to me is balance, stability and durability. I place a high value on the prop and motor overall performance, based on my expectations. I like the APC design and have had no reason to source an alternative. imho.

I would be interested to try any prop alternative that is quieter than stock. I can hear mine at 500 ft. away.

The sound of my MAS props is definitely not as "annoying" as stock props.

I measured the sound using a sound meter with Solo hovering at 10'. At ear level I measured 8 dB sound reduction with the MAS props.

I'll have to give them a try. I have the MAS and they are very different from stock, but I've noticed huge differences with props on custom builds that change the flight time and noise dramatically. I'll try apc, I'm hoping to find some good carbon fiber or folding props. I don't mind using custom mounts or changing the motors completely.
