Solo gopro control from android

Hey all,

So I recently got my Solo and it has been working quite well, but I noticed that I have no controls for the gopro from my phone running the solo app. In 3dr's videos it shows them on an I Pad and the app seems to have a lot more controls of the solo than the android app. I just wanted to see if anyone knows if there is a secret menu for that or if the android app is just lacking.

u will need the gimbal to do this.
gimbal hasn't been released yet.
some time in july.

Ohhh Okay. Makes sense. This makes me want the gimbal even more now!

To add to that because of HDMI connection without gimbal it wont self charge either.

Cows,
You when you are flying, you don't want to have the wireless enabled on the GoPro as it could interfere with the solo wireless. When the gimbal comes out you will have full control of the camera in flight and much more stable video.
