Solo battery will not power on or charge

help!!! I am unabl to charge the battery. It will not power on or show that it is charging. The led indicator of the power brick shows green. I've changed the battery's less than 5 times. Last time I used it was 3 weeks ago and had no issues. Any ideas. Thanks

Try turning on solo and drain the battery awhile. Take out of solo and put on charger. Sometimes the battery will think that it is almost fully charged and not charge on battery charger.

@Gary Burch I tried that just now but the battery indicator light don't light up. I used it down to <20% then put it I the backpack for a few weeks I wonder if it self discharged to low and past the point of no return??.

I would contact 3dr through email. The batteries do seem to discharge, when not in use. You have a one year warranty on the battery.
