Thanks for the feedback. I just chatted with CSR today and they too were able to give me a fedex tracking number. According to Fedex, it's sitting on my front porch.

So ordered last Saturday, arrived today in Ohio.

BTW my order still says processing. I got the tracking number chatting with a CSR.

To carry the 4th battery, it has to be mounted on the solo in my case. Are there any issues with doing that?

Do you still have the battery shipping idolator that originally came with the Solo? That is what I use.
