Solo App

For some reason I cannot install the solo app on my phone. The message says not compatible with device. Can anyone help? I have an android phone on Lollipop.

Ensured you don't have firmware/OS updates pending?

Ensured you don't have any app/Google Play Services updates pending?

I had this occur when I tried to use a tablet without GPS capability. Could a phone with GPS disabled behave similarly? Don't know....
