Solo App undownloadable for Android?

Hello, new solo received today. Can't download app on android?

Have you tried using another andriod device? I'm getting for my bundle to arrive and was able to pre-load it on both my Note 4 and Note 8.

Same here, downloaded it yesterday on my BB Keyone, which is on Android

Which app are you trying to dl and what error message are you getting?

If Google Play says your Android device is not compatible you should be able to side load the Solo app as an APK. I had to do this a couple times.
