Solo app gone?

So I was following a thread that said to delete the solo app and reinstall it to help deal with the controller not connecting to the app. Now I have no app and can’t reinstall it.

What do I do now to be able to fly the drone?

I downloaded SidePilot and have downloaded OpenSolo 4. The controller finished up quickly but the drone software keeps failing on the post install script. Any thoughts on this? The drone seems to be stuck updating (colored lights changing) for about 25 min now. Is that normal?

I used Solex on an Android tablet to update two 3DR Sols to OpenSolo4.0, and it worked properly.

The post install script eventually said it was completed
