solo app carshing

Glad I'm not alone, and equally glad 3DR is still trouble shooting and updating the app. By the way, extreme Newbie, 1st post. At least this forum topic is in English and not techno-jargon.

So how many of you keep a tablet just for the solo? Looks like that might be the most stable and reliable thing to do and just never update it.

I was using my iPhone 7 as I always have it and it's one less thing to carry. But I always have it up to date when new software updates happen.

I really don't want to have to buy another tablet. Bummer.
