Solo 3DR as a rover

Hello everyone,
I'd like to transform one of my Solo 3DRs into a rover and use it with the Solex app.
Are there any websites that can show me how to do this? Are there any tests already done, or any suggestions? Thanks for your feedback.

It's pretty simple. You only need steering and throttle. But getting Open Solo to cooperate as a different vehicle type is a challenge. Sorry I don't have any documentation but I do have an stl for a generic enclosure to mount the board. I also have lone that is a plane fuselage.

It might help to connect a standard RX to use in addition to the Solo Controller.

App Settings - Default vehicle = Rover.

But without much success.

The black one is to fully enclose the main board and has a spot for the Solo battery tray to fit. The red one is more like a cover for the main board, or the beginning of a fuselage.

That is not a greencube I just put green tape over it, its still the original pixhawk, 2.0 and yes you can use any 3~4 cell battery to power the solo...I had no battery telemetry but that's ok if your running a rover that does not fly around, if it loses battery power it just stops and doesn't fall out of the sky....
