I keep getting a i/o error when I try to sign up with Facebook or Google and it just goes back to my name line when I try to use email. I don't have solo on or the remote. Can any one help me?

You don't need an account to use the solo. However, if you want one, than I would try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

I think they actually may have turned that off a few months ago. Probably didn't want to keep paying and maintaining authentication for a product they no longer develop.
