Returning to Best Buy was hassle free. The woman ask me what was wrong with it and I said the App keeps loosing connection. No problems returning.
Funny thing is as I'm walking into the store two different people who were on the way out ask me if I was returning the solo? Both of them wanted to buy it, I said I'm returning if for some issues I having (I explained what it was). One guy left but the other guy went up to the return desk as I was leaving. I would have got another one but they were sold out, they did not expect anymore until next week. The return person happened to be the manager on duty and said they were caught off guard, they did not expect them in the store for 2-3 more weeks. She sounded annoyed because they have been getting 2-3 dozen calls a day if its in stock
