replacing rotor and need to know what kind of soldering this is?

Hey guys,

I ordered a new rotor for the fried one I had and it finally arrived. I've taken apart the Iris+, but now I need to know how these connectors are soldered in order to remove them, thread the rotor wires through the arm and then attached to the board you see in the pics.

How are these soldered? Can I just heat them up with a soldering iron and have them come loose? Is there a specific way I need to do this?

Yes, place a hot soldering iron on the dab of solder, wait a few seconds and pull on the wire lightly to remove it.
