When re-stringing your motor wires back through the arms use something like a pipe cleaner to pull the control and power leads. Using painter's tape or the like, wrap the connectors compact to the puller will minimize any snagging.
It wouldn't hurt to check solder joints on the main board's power leads for the motors and battery. Since the soldering is done on the underside of the board and done by hand at the factory...
Since you're rebuilding from a crash it would not hurt to check that all connectors are properly seated. Even your wifi card and pixhawk cube...
