received my new Solo body earlier this week, so Friday is rebuild time.

Aside from being really careful, does anyone have any words of wisdom to pass on from your rebuilds? I'd appreciate this.

Thanks

When re-stringing your motor wires back through the arms use something like a pipe cleaner to pull the control and power leads. Using painter's tape or the like, wrap the connectors compact to the puller will minimize any snagging.

It wouldn't hurt to check solder joints on the main board's power leads for the motors and battery. Since the soldering is done on the underside of the board and done by hand at the factory...

Since you're rebuilding from a crash it would not hurt to check that all connectors are properly seated. Even your wifi card and pixhawk cube...

Good luck!

Thanks,Rich. I just bought my pipe cleaners, and I guess I am ready to go.

Thanks again

I'm a video producer, so I thought I'd shoot it with multi cameras and cut something together for the next guy, although I have scene a take apart before on YouTube
