Can aerial dog fences help curb wayward drones?

Drones have been involved in so many incidents that some U.S. lawmakers are proposing to fight technology with technology -- requiring an aerial version of an invisible dog fence to block unmanned aircraft from flying in sensitive areas.

I think its a good idea to have geo fenced areas. Around the big items like Prisons and existing airfields. Because there are just to many 'stunned' people out there that don't have a clue. Here in Canada we have a really awesome flow chart which tells us where and when we can fly.

Here is the link if anyone is flying in Canada or is a Canadian like me!:)
