Can anyone recommend a filter for the prop shadows at 15 seconds? Thanks

An ND 8 or 16 would take care of the lines in the video, but the props at the top of the image will appear regardless. You will need to make sure you don't have the camera up while moving quickly forward.

Like Acroduster said, you will have to either tilt the camera down a bit or slow down some. Another way is to fly in reverse so the props are pitched back.
