I did have a crash this winter because of a completely iced propeller blade, although it looked way worse than that one... Completely destabilized the drone, I guess because of the extra weight... The "perks" of living in north Canada...
The weight of ice is a going to effect the flight handling. But it's the spoiling of lift on the blades that's causing it to crash. Way way way before weight becomes a factor. Once that leading edge and top surface is spoiled by ice, you're done.
