Was just about to ask here after looking around.
Ah just figured it out..
Was wondering why it arms just fine in ALT-HOLD but not in STABILIZE.
Quickly fired up MissionPlanner to have a look at what was going on so I could detail that here.
Throttle channel needs to be held all the way down to ARM in this mode.
Makes sense.
